note: as advertising is limited, some advertising can not meet the requirements of customers, the organizing committee will arrange in the payment order.
◆application procedure:
1. fill out the form of “exhibition application and contract” carefully, affix the official seal, fax or mail to the organizing committee of the exposition.
2. within 7 workdays after the application, the applying company must pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the deposit, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to change or cancel the exhibition booth reserved by the applicant.the remaining exhibition fee shall be paid in full before may 15, 2008.
3. without the permission from the organizing committee, if a company cancels the application, the exhibition fee already paid will not be refunded.
3. without the permission from the organizing committee, no company is allowed to transfer its reserved exhibition booth, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to cancel its qualification for exhibition.
5. in order to ensure the quality of the exposition and reinforce the market access system, the organizing committee reserves its right of final approval on companies'qualification.
6. any exhibition company being confirmed to have violated the intellectual property rights or other legal rights and interests, the organizing committee reserves the right to unconditionally reject the exhibit and the right to announce it to the public.when arranging the exhibition booths, those who apply first and pay first will be arranged for first.
◆exhibition service
1、assistanttransact:exhibititstransportation,import,travel arrangement ,accommodation and booking ticket,ect.
2、free of charge for entrance ticket to exhibitors and 300 words advertisement in exhibition directory.
3、relevent service：rental facilities, setup special booth ,manpower,advertising, visa application and interpret,ect.
4、it should apply ahead one month if exhibitiors need to use water and power,ect
